Founded in 2012 in Marseille as an inter-associative structure, the IDEM Collective (Identities - Diversity - Equality - Mediterranean) now also brings together numerous individual members, activists, and artists committed to defending human rights and fundamental freedoms.
Through the lens of contemporary creation and reflection, the IDEM collective promotes equal rights and fights against all forms of discrimination related to sexual orientations, gender identities, and origins. Adopting an intersectional and feminist approach, it acts at local, national, and international levels, with particular attention paid to the Euro-Mediterranean area.
